There are two easy ways to take part in the Spring 2026 Customer Satisfaction Survey:
In person: Survey conductors will be roaming at major MiWay terminals across Mississauga during the survey period. If you’re travelling through a terminal, you may be invited to share your feedback on the spot.
Online: You can also participate at your convenience using the survey link once it becomes available on April 7.
Survey period: April 7 to April 24, 2026
Participation is voluntary, and all responses will remain confidential. Survey results will be reported in summary form only.

Once the survey closes and responses have been analyzed, a summary of the results will be shared on this page.
