We’re inviting riders and residents to share feedback on MiWay services — what’s working well, where we can improve, and what matters most moving forward. Your input helps shape service planning and future improvements across the MiWay network.

There are two easy ways to take part in the Spring 2026 Customer Satisfaction Survey:

  • In person: Survey conductors will be roaming at major MiWay terminals across Mississauga during the survey period. If you’re travelling through a terminal, you may be invited to share your feedback on the spot.
  • Online: You can also participate at your convenience using the survey link once it becomes available on April 7.
Survey period: April 7 to April 24, 2026

Participation is voluntary, and all responses will remain confidential. Survey results will be reported in summary form only.

Once the survey closes and responses have been analyzed, a summary of the results will be shared on this page.
