Your feedback has guided us in identifying key priorities for the app’s exploration.

  1. Trip Planning and Real-Time Information: Focused on understanding your preferences for tools that aid in planning your journeys and receiving live updates.

  2. During the Ride: Explored features that enhance your experience while on the bus.

  3. Feedback and Support: Gathered input on how you’d like to share feedback and seek assistance.

We analysed your feedback and categorised the potential app features into three tiers based on their importance to you:

  • Must-Have Features (Scores above 4.0)

  • Should-Have Features (Scores between 3.0 and 4.0)

  • Good-to-Have Features (Scores below 3.0)
