MiWay is continuing to modernize its fleet by introducing hybrid‑electric buses as part of the City’s Bus Replacement Program — helping improve reliability, rider comfort, and environmental performance. These buses now make up a significant portion of the fleet, and we want to hear from riders about your experience. Your feedback will help shape future bus decisions and ensure next steps reflect what matters most to customers.

About the Survey

This short survey takes approximately 4 minutes to complete, and gathers feedback on your experience riding MiWay's newer hybrid-electric buses. Questions focus specifically on the bus itself, such as ride comfort, noise levels, temperature etc. to help inform future fleet decisions.

Your responses are anonymous and will be reviewed in aggregate by the MiWay team.
